"Since starting his Qi Kwan Do training in St. Neots with Mr Coles, David's mental alertness has greatly increased. When David was very young he had some trouble with his memory, and at school had difficulty memorising more than two instructions given by his teachers. Unfortunately he was placed on the special needs register. David has been learning Qi Kwan Do now for over a year and his confidence, memory and alertness has grown so much that he recently past his SATS at level 3 in all subjects with level 2 being the national average, and has come off the special needs register. He really does enjoy Qi Kwan Do!"

"Before Ben started his Qi Kwan Do training with Mr Coles, he was being bullied at school which unfortunately led to him being badly beaten. Ben was introduced to Qi Kwan Do by a friend and now he is a completely different child! He has been training for about a year and has become fitter and stronger and has lost some weight. Since stepping up to the Leadership program his confidence has greatly improved and now takes the warm-up and even on occasions, part of the class. The confidence he developed whilst training helped him to stand up to the bullies at school (in a non-physical way) and is now no longer a victim of these bullies. Ben has now become a role model to the other children in the class and is soon to begin his Certified Instructor Training. Qi Kwan Do has totally changed his life for the better!"
