"My daughters, husband and I joined Qi Kwan Do almost two years ago and cannot believe what a positive impact that decision made on our family. To have a class where parents can keep fit and learn new skills alongside their children is indeed a unique experience and one which I would recommend others to try.

In addition to the general training classes, the Parisi Black Belt School provides the opportunity to attend seminar days which focus on a particular area of our martial arts training in more detail. Earlier this year we attended a Self Defence Seminar organized by Master Parisi, Miss Parisi and Mr Rosborough. The seminar lasted for three hours and covered various areas of hand defence, weapon defence and just basic street awareness. ( The crash mats certainly helped too!) One session my daughters particularly enjoyed was being able to show their newly learnt skills on Mr Rosborough, one of the instructors, who allowed them to beat him whilst he was wearing protective head and body gear !!!. The passion our instructors had for teaching ensured that the seminar incorporated both knowledge and fun and was a must for people of any ability.

We are attending our Black Belt Graduation on Fathers Day this year- what better gift- a family together, fit and healthy and prepared for anything !!!!
