Leaders are not born they are made. Qi Kwan Do Black Belt Schools have programmes for you whether you are 6 or 60 on how to develop into the type of person that is always prepared to do their absolute best and become an example for others to follow. This is the true meaning of a black belt Leader.

The Award Winning Leadership Programme is designed to help our students obtain greater success in all areas of their lives: making seemingly impossible dreams become reality. This programme is based on 30 years of experience in developing the world’s finest martial arts instructors. The Leadership programme has no restrictions of experience, age, rank or physical ability. Whether the student is in junior school or a director for a fortune 500 company, leaders (like martial arts instructors) are selected on personal merit.

Leaders are not born they are created with physical, mental and philosophical experiences and lessons such as the skills provided in our Leadership programme.

The key to success in our programme is your personal conviction and commitment to become a role model: which ultimately defines you as a martial artist, human being and a true leader. Master Parisi entrusts the selection of Leadership Programme Candidates to his Chief Instructors.

In Basic Training you elevated your curiosity of the Martial Arts to the status of a serious hobby, willing to practice to hone your skills. Like many of our students, you have already made a commitment to Black Belt. In this programme you will see how you evolve your training into a personal lifestyle.

The ultimate level of commitment for the Martial Arts is when you recognise it is time to participate in a level of training that will challenge you to become a leader... at home, school, or in your chosen career.

Studies on Leadership have shown, from a scientific standpoint, those who learn and practice Leadership skills during childhood have a much higher advantage on gaining a Leadership position in a career when they become adults.
